The annual report of the State Superintendent of Public Instruction of the State Office of Education is an overall outline of the state's public educational system. Each report reviews the accomplishments of the previous year, recommending areas for new emphasis or improvement. Specific sections answer questions on funding, productivity, development, quality and focus. Most recent years' issues contain separate volumes of statistics on tax levies, district enrollments, attendance rates, etc.
